Chalfont Borough prides itself on the beauty of its setting and its dedication to open space and recreation through the Chalfont Park System.  Below is only a summary of our Parks.  For more information please contact the Borough Office.

Blue Jay Park

Located off Blue Jay and Cardinal Roads, this park is very close to the Unami Middle School.

Holland PARK

Off Manor Drive as it intersects with School House Lane, this park is convenient to residents living in the Highlands and Grey Friars developments.

Bridge View Park

This Park is located at the spur of Route 202, and backs up to the railroad tracks heading toward Chalfont Station.  The site has a gazebo for use by visitors.

Kelly Park

Located on Oak Avenue as it intersects with Route 202, this park is directly behind Krupp Park.  It boasts a beautiful iron bridge that crosses the creek to lovely winding walking trails.

Krupp Park

This park is directly behind the Chalfont Borough Building on Main Street.  It is the site of many outdoor concerts in the summer, and weddings all year round.

Chestnut Street Park

Located on Chestnut Street, this park is convenient to the residents of Lindenfield and Patriots Place housing developments.  It includes baseball diamonds and backstops (often used by Lenape Valley RC).

Lenape Lane Park

This park includes "Hike and Bike" trails to accommodate both activities.  It is located on Lenape Lane, convenient to the area surrounding Unami Middle School.

Oxbow Park

This park is located on Oxbow Circle, just off Meadowbrook Lane.  It can be easily accessed from Skyline Drive.
